Outlier Online is our 1 on 1 Virtual Coaching and Training option that allows you to have a personal plan created for you based on your fitness experience and goals, with access to your own certified personal coach. Don't have access to fancy equipment? No problem. With 1v1 virtual coaching, you will receive a personalized 12-week training plan using the equipment you have (or don't have) access to. This also includes access to exercise tutorial videos, monthly habit tracking, monthly focus meetings, weekly check-ins, 24/7 support, and access to a community of other Outliers. Need help motivating and holding yourself accountable? That is our specialty.
PRICING
*$350 Upfront (12 weeks) OR $150/month*
For every Outlier that joins our 1v1 Coaching program, you will begin and end your 12 weeks with the Outlier Performance Test (OPT). This test consists of Pull Ups (max), Push-Ups (2 min max), Sit-Ups (2 min max), and a 1.5-mile run. Based on your performance, you will be placed into 1 of 3 Categories: Outlier Strong, Outlier Elite, or Outlier Athlete. These groups consist of other Outliers that are at similar fitness levels as you. Weekly challenges and competitions will be given to each group every week to support push one another. You will get re-tested at the end of your 12 weeks to keep you accountable!
